On November 21, 2025, we hosted the βLike a Bossβ business simulation event at our premises β an exciting and informative day for trainees from across the Enzkreis district.
The event was organized by the Enzkreis Economic Development Agency (Ms. Linda Marschall and Mr. Jochen Enke). The Steinbeis Innovation Center provided three employees to oversee the technical implementation of the business simulation game.
Five trainees competed for each of the following companies and institutions:
The day began at 9:00 a.m. with a brief welcome and an introduction to the rules of the game. The first round of the game began immediately afterwards β and the participants were immediately full of energy.
At 10:45 a.m., there was a short break with butter pretzels before the teams prepared their break work. This was followed by the second round of the game with new economic conditions.
At 11:30 a.m., we gave the group a tour of our company and provided a brief insight into our work. This was followed by pizza for everyone before the third and final game period began.
At 2:00 p.m., we welcomed District Administrator Mr. Rosenau, who attended the event and later became actively involved as a member of the jury.
The event was a complete success. A big thank you to all participants, the organizing team, and everyone who made this day so successful!
